The wisdom circles here in the ocean view sanctuary of Sixth Scents Healing Center have been phenomenal! Sharing with lovely souls the process of guided meditation to relax and ground, followed by journal prompts and such thoughtful writing and (optional) sharing, followed by a lovely spot of tea in fancy antique teacups, and (for dessert) a sound bath with beautiful crystal bowls. Everyone leaves literally a different person!
It is a gift to combine my spiritual direction practice, a bit of hypnotherapy and certified sound healer practice into one lovely afternoon! A win-win for us all!
