Lemon grass Eases Muscle Cramps

Since the beginning of medicine, people have looked for a way to ease pain and discomfort. Over time, some herbs have been found to be highly effective as natural remedies, and lemon grass is one that is known to alleviate the pain from muscle cramps. Officially known as andropogon citratus, lemon grass is a perennial tropic grass found in Asia, Africa and South America. Lemon grass is a great natural treatment for muscle cramps, depression and fatigue. It can be used in essential oil blends, Asian cooking, or even added to a smoothie or tea after a workout to alleviate muscle cramps.

Winter Skin Soother

This lovely crisp autumn & winter air is so invigorating...but can parch our delicate facial epidermis! I have just concocted a super nourishing face cream, with no typical drug store chemicals... just pure shea butter, lanolin, marine collagen, vitamins A, D, E and pure essential oils known to combat the signs of aging.

Testimonial

I arrived really stressed, with drained adrenals and burned out. I immediately felt Barbra's nurturing presence and was soothed by scent of fragrant oils and healing atmosphere. After bodywork all over the world for 30 years, as both a practioner and recipient, I had a very profound experience on the table, and don't remember ever going into such a deep healing place under the spell of Barbra's Healing Touch. I felt deep restorative healing on a cellular level, and left completely replenished but relaxed. The inhaler with my custom oil blend has made a big difference of returning me to that place throughout the day, which continues & enhances the treatment, as the body remembers. I highly recommend Barbra for her healing touch, knowledge of aromatherapy and nurturing and intuitive experience. AW

Natural Fever Remedy

For a fever, would you rather ingest: 1. Acetaminophen, cellulose, corn starch, FD&C Red #40, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, sodium starch glycolate OR 2. Use natural, plant based essential oils (such as peppermint) Essential oils can be used to cool the fever without the potential side effects that are associated with taking medications. I love using my peppermint instead of the chemical based medication listed above! :)..
